Description: When it comes to nutritious eating, the words “healthy” and “quick” usually don’t go together. With busy schedules and everyone on the go, go, go many of us are in the habit of grabbing pre-packaged and over-processed snacks in order to fill in the time between meals. This webinar will cover what it means to snack smart including: you and food, importance of maintaining energy, defining portable foods and healthy snacks, meal timing, and how to get started. Participants will receive a copy of all materials from this webinar. If your snacks are falling flat, come join us for great pick-me-up snack ideas!

Where: Barton Springs Pool -- Austin, TX
Details: Meet us at noon at
Barton Springs for an informal 1 hour swim workout! We will be at the far end of the pool (all the way to the right as you face the pool) so come join us for a Friday afternoon dip -- plus we'll be giving out some SweatyShe logo stuff! Wetsuits optional but highly recommended!
